The rules of the pack

Code of conduct

Draft · Alpha v0.1

Short version: ask first, punch up never down, and leave people safer than you found them. The long version follows. Creating an account accepts this code; RSVPing to an event also accepts that event's own rules.

1 · Consent, always

  • Ask before you touch anyone or their gear. A hood, a tail, a collar: all part of the person wearing them.
  • Ask before photographing anyone, at events or from the app. No photos of profiles, chats, or the grid, ever.
  • A no is complete. Pestering after a no, in person or in messages, is harassment.
  • Consent has a memory: it can be withdrawn at any time, about anything, including things you agreed to earlier.

2 · Identity is sacred

  • Use the names, pronouns, and personas people give you. Pup names count.
  • Never out anyone. Membership here, attendance at an event, a photo from a party: none of it leaves the platform without the person's consent. This is the rule we enforce hardest.
  • No hate. Racism, transphobia, femmephobia, body-shaming, serophobia, and their friends have no den here.

3 · 18+, no exceptions

  • BorkR is an adult space for adults. Under-18s are removed on sight, and so is anyone knowingly interacting with one.
  • Label your own content honestly: the NSFW self-label exists so nobody sees what they didn't ask to see.

4 · Play well

  • Negotiate before, check in during, aftercare after. Know your limits and respect everyone else's.
  • Intoxicated consent is not consent. Look after packmates who've had too much.
  • Venues' own rules stack on top of this code. The organiser's word is final on their floor.

5 · When something goes wrong

Report it: through the contact channel, to an event's organiser, or to any admin. Reports are read by humans and handled confidentially.

Enforcement is real: organisers can bar people from their events, and the platform can flag, restrict, or remove accounts. There is an appeal path for platform actions; outing someone or endangering a member skips the ladder entirely.
